Early Token Scanner provides cryptocurrency research and discovery tools from South Africa. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

When you register for the founding waitlist, we collect your name, email address, country, preferred plan, preferred blockchains and alert preference. We also record the date and time of consent.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to contact you about membership availability, product updates and launch information, and to understand which plans, chains and alerts interest our audience.

4. Legal basis

We process waitlist information with your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@earlytokenscanner.co.za.

5. Storage and security

Waitlist submissions are stored in this website’s WordPress database. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the information.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Hosting and email-delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf where needed to operate the service.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us at the email address above.

8. Retention

Waitlist information is retained until consent is withdrawn or until 12 months after membership launch, whichever occurs first.
